Using the simplest English, lovingly couched in the finest Lay-Man's (and Lay-Womans? - to be politically correct) Terms, this document will help you to understand what should be obvious to any sixteen year-old getting paid for their first job.

While it can be reasonably understood that persons accessing this website are able to do so because they were seeking this information –
it can also be reasonably assumed that those persons also clearly UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. And clearly understand how websites WORK.

Because said person has now discovered "something" to complain about regarding the product they purchased from one of the Vendors I represent in good faith. Something that they SHOULD have read ON the Vendors website - BEFORE making their purchase.

None of your transaction information with the Vendor is supplied to, or retained by myself, or Studio Franco Design.
